Refund policy
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition—unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please provide a photo of any damage/defect along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at returns@dreadedbanshee.com. Approved returns will receive a shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval won't be accepted.

Damages & Issues: If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately for a resolution.
Exceptions: Sale items are non-returnable.
Exchanges: Return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds: Once your return is inspected and approved, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank/credit card company to process the refund.
